spurs

Utah Jazz (5-6) @ San Antonio Spurs (4-5)

Notes:
-Okur & Price are both out again
-Batman is out, Parker might be out too (he didn't play yesterday either)
-Earlier this season, all 4 of those guys played in the Jazz 113-99 win
-The difference is, this game is in SA. The last time the Jazz won there? 2/28/99
-Back then, the Jazz players were teens or so, and the Spurs players were new in the league. Kind of.
-The Spurs are coming off of an OT loss to Dallas.
-The Jazz are 0-13 all time at AT&T Center.
-Fes played well, especially early, but all slow did was criticize. Why does he hate youngsters?

Go Jazz. Beat the Spurs! Show them how it's done!
And by "it", I don't mean 4th quarter collapses or 3rd quarter collapses or 2nd half collapses. And I definitely don't mean not showing up for games, or losing to teams missing key starters or what not. Just go out and play how you have been as of late.

Lets just get a win, escape or not, like Dallas did in OT last night (99-94).
Sure, it'd be nice to have had Deron (43) & Booze (39) rested, but that's what happens when you don't play D.
Just go in and play a solid game against a short-handed team.

E3 is amazing.
Booze & 'Sap played well... for a half. At least offensively.
AK was great off the bench.
Brewer could quickly become an afterthought in the guard rotation...

Go Jazz!

Brewer

Does anyone else get the feeling that we are going to see Brewer packaged in a deal with Boozer later this year? The Jazz did not extend him, Wesley Matthews is a better shooting version of him and the Maynor/Williams backcourt is gaining some momentum. Not to mention that they still have CJ Miles under contract for a few more years. Just a thought....
